AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS

Distribuição de dividendos

Comunicamos que o Conselho de Administração da Ultrapar Participações S.A. (“Ultrapar”), em reunião realizada nesta data, deliberou sobre a distribuição de dividendos, a débito da conta do lucro líquido do exercício de 2018, no montante de R$ 304.240.700,96 (trezentos e quatro milhões, duzentos e quarenta mil e setecentos Reais e noventa e seis centavos) a serem pagos a partir do dia 20 de agosto de 2018, sem remuneração ou atualização monetária.

Os acionistas detentores de ações ordinárias de emissão da Ultrapar nas datas base informadas abaixo receberão o dividendo de R$ 0,56 por ação.

A data base para o direito ao recebimento do dividendo (“record date”) será 09 de agosto de 2018 no Brasil e 13 de agosto de 2018 nos Estados Unidos da América. Desta forma, as ações passarão a ser negociadas “ex-dividendos” a partir de 10 de agosto de 2018, tanto na Bolsa de Valores de São Paulo (B3 S.A. –Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão) quanto na Bolsa de Valores de Nova York (NYSE).

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Distribution of dividends

We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of Ultrapar Participações S.A. (“Ultrapar”), at the meeting held today, approved the distribution of dividends, payable from the net earnings account for the fiscal year of 2018, in the amount of R$ 304,240,700.96 (three hundred and four million, two hundred and forty thousand and seven hundred Reais and ninety-six cents), to be paid from August 20, 2018 onwards, without remuneration or monetary adjustment.

Holders of common shares issued by Ultrapar as of the record dates informed below will receive the dividend of R$ 0.56 per share.

The record date to establish the right to receive the dividend will be August 9, 2018 in Brazil, and August 13, 2018 in the United States of America. Therefore, from August 10, 2018 onwards, the shares will be traded "ex-dividend" on both the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
