DIVIDENDOS EXTRAORDINÁRIOS

A Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais - COPASA MG, em atendimento ao disposto na Resolução CVM nº 44/2021, comunica aos seus acionistas e ao público em geral que a Assembleia Geral Extraordinária (AGE), realizada nesta data, aprovou a distribuição de dividendos extraordinários, no valor de R$372.471.814,20 (trezentos e setenta e dois milhões, quatrocentos e setenta e um mil, oitocentos e catorze reais e vinte centavos), utilizando parte do saldo da conta de Reservas de Retenção de Lucros existente no balanço do exercício encerrado em 31.12.2022, nas condições detalhadas a seguir:

a) Valor total: R$372.471.814,20 (trezentos e setenta e dois milhões, quatrocentos e setenta e um mil, oitocentos e catorze reais e vinte centavos).

b) Valor do dividendo por ação:R$0,9823049990.

c) Forma e prazo de pagamento dos dividendos: o pagamento será em moeda corrente nacional e deverá ocorrer no dia 28.12.2023.

d) Atualização e juros sobre os dividendos extraordinários: não haverá.

e) Data de Crédito (Data de Corte): 13.12.2023 (data da AGE).

f) Data “Ex-dividendos”:14.12.2023 (um dia útil após a AGE).

EXTRAORDINARY DIVIDENDS

Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais - COPASA MG (B3: CSMG3), pursuant to CVM Resolution 44/2021, informs its shareholders and the market that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), held on this date, approved the distribution of extraordinary dividends, in the amount of BRL 372,471,814.20 (three hundred and seventy-two million, four hundred and seventy-one thousand, eight hundred and fourteen reais and twenty cents), was approved using part of the Profit Retention Reserve account in the balance sheet for the year ended on December 31^st, 2022, under the conditions detailed below:

a) Total value: BRL 372,471,814.20 (three hundred and seventy-two million, four hundred and seventy-one thousand, eight hundred and fourteen reais and twenty cents).

b) Amount of dividend per share: BRL 0.9823049990.

c) Form and term of payment of dividends: the payment will be in national currency and should still occur on December 28^th, 2023.

d) Update and interest on extraordinary dividends: there will be none.

e) Credit Date (Cutting Date): December 13^th, 2023 (date of the EGM).

f) “Ex-dividend” date: December 14^th, 2023 (one business day after the EGM).
