COMUNICADO AO MERCADO

A Restoque Comércio e Confecções de Roupas S.A. (B3: LLIS3) (“Companhia”), comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que, consoante aprovado pela Assembleia Geral Ordinária realizada em 30/04/2018 e conforme divulgado no Comunicado ao Mercado datado de 30/04/2018, será realizado no dia 14/08/2018 o pagamento da segunda parcela dos dividendos aprovados na ocasião, no valor de R$ 48.262.994,73 valor que será pago agora (quarenta e oito milhões, duzentos e sessenta e dois mil, novecentos e noventa e quatro reais e setenta e três centavos), correspondente a R$ 0,9353145 (zero vírgula nove três cinco três um quatro cinco reais) por ação ordinária de emissão da Companhia.

Os dividendos serão pagos sem qualquer remuneração aos acionistas que constaram da posição acionária de fechamento da Companhia junto ao Banco Itaú S.A. (Agente Escriturador das ações da Companhia) na data de 30/4/2018.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Restoque Comércio e Confecções de Roupas S.A. (B3: LLIS3) (“Company”), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in accordance with the decision approved by Ordinary Shareholder´s Meeting held on April 30th, 2018 and aligned to the information disclosed in Notice to the Market on April 30th, 2018, the payment of second instalment of the dividends shall be paid on August 14th, 2018, the total amount of R$ 48.262.994,73 (fourty-eight million, two hundred and sixty-two thousands, nine hundred ninety-four reais and e seventy three cents), corresponding to R$ 0,9353145 (zero point nine three five three one four five reais) per ordinary shares issued by the Company.

The dividends hereby mentioned shall be paid without any remuneration to the shareholders listed in the position of April 30th, 2018 within Banco Itaú S.A. (Depositary Institution of Company’s Shares).
