AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS
JUROS SOBRE CAPITAL PRÓPRIO
Comunicamos que o Conselho de Administração da WEG S.A., em reunião realizada hoje, deliberou declarar juros sobre capital próprio (“JCP”) no valor total de R$ 89.942.952,10, correspondente a R$ 0,042882353 por ação, aos titulares de ações escriturais em 28 de junho de 2019, “ad referendum” da Assembleia Geral. De 1 de julho de 2019 em diante, as ações serão negociadas “ex-juros sobre capital próprio”.
O pagamento de JCP ocorrerá em 14 de agosto de 2019 e será feito pelo valor líquido, de R$ 0,036450000 por ação, já deduzido o imposto de renda na fonte de 15% (quinze por cento), exceto para os acionistas que comprovarem até 28 de junho de 2019, junto ao Banco Bradesco S.A., instituição financeira escrituraria das ações da WEG S.A., sua condição de imunes ou de desobrigadas da retenção por disposição legal. O valor pago como JCP será imputado aos dividendos obrigatórios conforme determina o artigo 37 do estatuto social da WEG.

NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
INTEREST ON STOCKHOLDERS EQUITY (JCP)
We inform that WEG S.A. board of directors, at the meeting held today decided to declare interest on stockholders’ equity (“JCP”) of R$ 89,942,952.10, corresponding to R$ 0.042882353 per share, to the shareholders of record on June 28, 2019, “ad referendum” of the general shareholder’s meeting. From July 1, 2019 onwards, the shares will trade as “ex-payment of interest on stockholders’ equity”.
The payment of JCP will begin on August 14, 2019 and will be made to the net amount of R$ 0.036450000 per share, after the 15% (fifteen percent) withholding of income tax, except for those shareholders that inform before June 28, 2019 to the depository financial institution Banco Bradesco S.A. their exemption from the previously mentioned taxation by legal provision. The amount paid as JCP will be allotted to the obligatory dividends, as determined by article 37 of WEG’s by-laws.
