AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS

WIZ CO PARTICIPAÇÕES E CORRETAGEM DE SEGUROS S.A. (B3: WIZC3) (“Companhia” ou “Wiz”), comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que, nos termos do artigo 38 do Estatuto Social da Companhia, foi aprovada, nesta data, em sede de Assembleia Geral Extraordinária, a declaração e distribuição de dividendos intercalares, com base nos lucros apurados no exercício social corrente, no montante de R$ 50.545.239,40 (cinquenta milhões, quinhentos e quarenta e cinco mil, duzentos e trinta e nove reais e quarenta centavos), correspondentes a R$ 0,31609118780 por ação (ex-tesouraria) (“Dividendos Intercalares”).

Farão jus ao recebimento dos Dividendos Intercalares os acionistas da Companhia titulares de posições acionárias nesta data (26 de dezembro de 2025), data em que os dividendos foram declarados. As ações passarão a ser negociadas ex-dividendos a partir de 29 de dezembro de 2025 (inclusive), primeiro dia útil posterior à realização da Assembleia Geral Extraordinária.

Os Dividendos Intercalares a serem distribuídos serão pagos até o dia 31 de dezembro de 2026, cabendo à Diretoria da Companhia fixar a data de pagamento exata e comunicar tempestivamente aos acionistas, por meio de novo aviso aos acionistas, eà B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”). Os valores creditados não estão sujeitos à correção monetária ou juros.

Para os acionistas com ações custodiadas na B3, os valores serão pagos à B3, que os repassará aos acionistas titulares, por intermédio dos agentes de custódia. O pagamento aos demais acionistas será efetuado mediante crédito em conta corrente, conforme dados cadastrais dos respectivos acionistas junto ao BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM, na qualidade de instituição financeira escrituradora das ações da Companhia (“BTG”). Os acionistas cujos cadastros estejam desatualizados deverão se dirigir a uma agência do BTG para a atualização dos dados cadastrais e recebimento dos Dividendos Intercalares a serem distribuídos, o qual será efetivado após regularização cadastral.

Por fim, a Companhia informa que, os Dividendos Intercalares poderão ser imputados ao dividendo mínimo obrigatório por ocasião da Assembleia Geral Ordinária que deliberar sobre o resultado do exercício social a se encerrar em 31 de dezembro de 2025.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Brasília/DF, December 26, 2025.

WIZ CO PARTICIPAÇÕES E CORRETAGEM DE SEGUROS S.A. (B3: WIZC3) (“Company” or “Wiz”), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, pursuant to Article 38 of the Company’s Bylaws, it was approved today, at an Extraordinary General Meeting, the declaration and distribution of interim dividends (dividendos intercalares), based on profits recorded in the current fiscal year, in the amount of BRL 50,545,239.40 (fifty million, five hundred and forty-five thousand, two hundred and thirty-nine reais and forty cents), corresponding to BRL 0.31609118780 per share (excluding treasury shares) (“Interim Dividends”).

Shareholders holding shares on this date (December 26, 2025), the date on which the dividends were declared, will be entitled to receive the Interim Dividends. Shares will be traded ex-dividends as of December 29, 2025 (inclusive), the first business day following the Extraordinary General Meeting.

The Interim Dividends to be distributed will be paid by December 31, 2026, with the exact payment date to

be set by the Company’s Board of Directors and promptly communicated to shareholders through a new notice and to B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”). The credited amounts will not be subject to monetary adjustment or interest.

For shareholders with shares held in custody at B3, the amounts will be paid to B3, which will transfer them to the shareholders through their custody agents. Payment to other shareholders will be made by crediting their checking accounts, according to the registration data of each shareholder with BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM, acting as the financial institution responsible for bookkeeping the Company’s shares (“BTG”). Shareholders with outdated registration data must go to a BTG branch to update their information and receive the Interim Dividends, which will be paid after the registration update.

Finally, the Company informs that the Interim Dividends may be offset against the mandatory minimum dividend at the Ordinary General Meeting that will deliberate on the results of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
