Aviso aos Acionistas

Comunicamos aos Senhores Acionistas que a Assembleia Geral Ordinária realizada em 30 de abril de 2025, deliberou o pagamento dos dividendos relativos ao exercício findo em 31/12/2024, no valor de (i) R$ 4.415.614,96 (quatro milhões, quatrocentos e quinze mil, seiscentos e quatorze reais e noventa e seis centavos), correspondente a R$ 0,032163208 por ação ordinária, referente aos dividendos mínimos obrigatórios e (ii) R$ 5.584.385,04 (cinco milhões, quinhentos e oitenta e quatro mil, trezentos e oitenta e cinco reais e quatro centavos), correspondente a R$ 0,040676495 por ação ordinária, referente aos dividendos adicionais. As ações passam a ser negociadas ex-dividendos a partir de 2 de maio de 2025, inclusive, e o crédito em conta corrente será feito pelo BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros, em data a ser determinada na próxima reunião do Conselho de Administração, considerando a base acionária de 30 de abril de 2025 como data de corte.

Notice to Shareholders

We inform the Shareholders that the Ordinary General Meeting held on April 30^th, 2025, deliberated about the payment of the dividends referring to the results ended on December 31^st 2024, amounting on (i) R$ 4,415,614.96 (four million, four hundred and fifteen thousand, six hundred and fourteen reais and ninety-six cents), corresponding to R$ 0.032163208 per common share, regarding the mandatory minimum dividends and (ii) 5,584,385.04 (five million, five hundred and eighty-four thousand, three hundred and eighty-five reais and four cents), corresponding to R$ 0.040676495 per common share, regarding the special dividends. The shares will be traded ex-dividends from May 2^nd, 2025, included, and the credit of the dividend will be made by BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros on a date to be determined at the next meeting of the Board of Directors, considering the shareholding base of April 30^th, 2025.
