AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS
PAGAMENTO DE DIVIDENDOS

Comunicamos aos Senhores Acionistas que a Assembleia Geral Ordinária da Companhia, realizada nesta data (“AGO 2023”), aprovou a distribuição de dividendos referente ao exercício findo em 31/12/2022, no valor de R$ 1.554.059.746,09 (um bilhão, quinhentos e cinquenta e quatro milhões, cinquenta e nove mil, setecentos e quarenta e seis reais e nove centavos), acrescidos do valor de R$ 788.693,11 (setecentos e oitenta e oito mil, seiscentos e noventa e três reais e onze centavos) decorrentes da reversão por prescrição de juros sobre o capital próprio

Do valor total dos dividendos declarados pela AGO 2023, R$700.000.000,00 (setecentos milhões de reais) já haviam sido declarados pelo Conselho de Administração em reunião realizada em 23 de dezembro de 2022, na forma de juros sobre o capital próprio, como antecipação do dividendo mínimo obrigatório, e que serão pagos até 31 de maio de 2023 aos acionistas inscritos na instituição depositária, Banco Bradesco S.A., em 28 de dezembro de 2022.

Adicionalmente, foi aprovada pela AGO 2023, a distribuição de dividendos no montante de R$836.854.548,00 (oitocentos e trinta e seis milhões, oitocentos e cinquenta e quatro mil, quinhentos e quarenta e oito reais) à conta de reserva de lucros, correspondente ao valor de R$ 0,63106731615 por ação, a serem pagos em moeda corrente nacional até o dia 31 de dezembro de 2023, sem atualização monetária. Fazem jus ao recebimento desses dividendos os acionistas que compõem a base acionária nesta data.

Desta forma:

Locais de atendimento aos Acionistas: agências do Banco Bradesco S.A., especializadas no atendimento aos Acionistas, no horário bancário.

Os dividendos não reclamados no prazo de 3 (três) anos, a contar da data de início de pagamento, prescreverão e reverterão em favor da Companhia (Lei 6.404/76, art. 287, inciso II, item a).

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS

The Company informs its Shareholders that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on this date ("OGM 2023"), has approved the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year ended on 12/31/2022, in the amount of BRL 1,554,059,746.09 (one billion, five hundred and fifty-four million, fifty-nine thousand, seven hundred and forty-six reais and nine cents), plus the amount of BRL 788,693.11 (seven hundred and eighty-eight thousand, six hundred and ninety-three reais and eleven cents) resulting from the reversal of interest on equity due to prescription.

Of the total amount of dividends declared by the OGM 2023, BRL 700,000,000.00 (seven hundred million reais) had already been declared by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on December 23, 2022, in the form of interest on equity, as an advance payment of the mandatory minimum dividend, which will be paid by May 31, 2023, to shareholders registered with the depository institution, Banco Bradesco S.A., on December 28, 2022.

Additionally, at the OGM 2023, the distribution of dividends in the amount of BRL 836,854,548.00 (eight hundred and thirty-six million, eight hundred and fifty-four thousand, five hundred and forty-eight Brazilian reais) from the profit reserve account was approved, corresponding to the amount of BRL 0.63106731615 per share, to be paid in national currency by December 31, 2023, without monetary adjustment. Shareholders who are part of the shareholder base on this date are entitled to receive these dividends.

Dividends not claimed within 3 (three) years from the start of payment will be prescribed and revert to the Company's benefit (Law 6.404/76, art. 287, section II, item a).
