Pagamento de Dividendos Extraordinários
São Paulo, 17 de Abril de 2024 - A Valid Soluções S.A. comunica aos seus investidores e ao mercado em geral que, em Assembléia Geral Ordinária (“AGO”), realizada nesta data, foi aprovado o pagamento de dividendos extraordinários, referentes ao ano fiscal de 2023, no valor bruto de R$24.646.235,95 (vinte e quatro milhões, seiscentos e quarenta e seis mil, duzentos e trinta e cinco reais e noventa e cinco centavos) correspondentes a R$0,307419 por ação, considerando a quantidade atual de 80.171.552 ações ordinárias, das quais já foram excluídas as ações em tesouraria. Farão jus aos dividendos os detentores de ações em 22.04.2024. O pagamento será realizado em 30.04.2024.

São Paulo, April 17, 2024 - Valid Soluções S.A. informs its investors and the market in general that, at the Ordinary General Meeting (“AGM”), held on this date, the payment of extraordinary dividends was approved, referring to the 2023 fiscal year, in the gross amount of R$24,646,235.95 (twenty-four million, six hundred and forty-six thousand, two hundred and thirty-five reais and ninety-five cents) corresponding to R$0.307419 per share, considering the current quantity of 80,171,552 common shares, from which treasury shares have already been excluded. Shareholders on April 22, 2024 will be entitled to dividends. Payment will be made on April 30,2024.
