Juros sobre Capital Próprio do 3T23

São Paulo, 21 de setembro de 2023. A CSU Digital S.A. (B3: CSUD3) (“Companhia”), líder no mercado brasileiro de tecnologia em soluções digitais para meios de pagamento, banking as a service, programas de fidelização & incentivo e digital experience, comunica que, nesta data, o Conselho de Administração aprovou o pagamento de proventos aos acionistas no montante bruto de R$ 7,0 milhões em juros sobre o capital próprio (“JCP”) relativos ao 3º trimestre de 2023 (“3T23”), detalhados abaixo. Tais valores serão imputados ao dividendo estatutário obrigatório do exercício de 2023, “ad referendum” da Assembleia Geral Ordinária de 2024.

Os pagamentos de JCP serão realizados conforme informações fornecidas à Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A. (“Itaú Corretora”), instituição depositária das ações da Companhia, exceto aos acionistas cujo cadastro não contenha CPF/CNPJ ou indicação de Banco/Agência/Conta, que somente terão seus créditos disponíveis a partir do 3º dia útil contado da data da atualização cadastral no Itaú. NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Interest on Own Capital of 3Q23

São Paulo, September 21, 2023. CSU Digital S.A. (CSUD3:B3) (“Company”), leader in the Brazilian technology market in digital solutions for payment methods, banking as a service, loyalty & incentive programs and digital experience, announces that, today, the Board of Directors' has approved the payment of earnings to shareholders totaling the gross amount of R$ 7.0 million in interest on own capital (“IOC”) related to the 3^rd quarter of 2023 (“3Q23”), as detailed below. These values will be imputed to the mandatory statutory dividend related to 2023 fiscal year, “ad referendum” of the 2024 Annual General Meeting.

The payments will be made as information provided to Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A. (“Itaú Corretora”), the depositary institution for the shares issued by the Company, except to the shareholders whose registration does not contain the taxpayer’s ID (CPF/CNPJ) or indication of Bank/Branch/Account, which will only have their credits available from the 3^rd business day from the date of the registration update.
