AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS

A Ambipar Participações e Empreendimentos S.A. (“Ambipar” ou “Companhia”) comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado que em Assembleia Geral Ordinária (AGO), realizada em 4 de maio de 2022 as 18h, dentre outras matérias, foi declarada a distribuição e aprovado o pagamento de dividendos pela Companhia no montante de R$ 34.238.759,71 (trinta e quatro milhões, duzentos e trinta e oito mil, setecentos e cinquenta e nove reais e setenta e um centavos) equivalentes a R$ 0,3031707 por ação ordinária de emissão da Companhia.

O pagamento de dividendos será efetuado, em uma única parcela, em 5 de julho de 2022, sem a aplicação de atualização monetária ou incidência de juros entre a data de declaração e a data do efetivo pagamento.

Farão jus aos dividendos os acionistas detentores de ações em 04 de maio de 2022 e a partir de 05 de maio de 2022 as ações serão negociadas “ex-dividendo” na B3 S/A – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3).

Para os acionistas com ações custodiadas no Banco Bradesco S/A, instituição responsável pela escrituração das ações da Companhia, os valores serão pagos mediante crédito em conta corrente, conforme dados dos respectivos acionistas, existentes no cadastro do Banco Bradesco.

Os pagamentos relativos as ações depositadas na custódia da B3 serão creditados àquela entidade e as instituições Custodiantes se encarregarão de repassa-los aos respectivos acionistas titulares.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Ambipar Participações e Empreendimentos S.A. (“Ambipar” or “Company”) informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Annual Shareholders Meeting, held on May 4, 2022, at 6 PM, among other matters, it was declared the distribution and approved the payment of dividends by the Company in the amount of R$ 34,238,759.71 (thirty-four million, two hundred and thirty-eight thousand, seven hundred and fifty-nine Brazilian reais and seventy-one cents) equivalente to R$ 0,3031707 per common share issued by the Company.

The payment of dividends will be made, in a single installment, on July 5, 2022, without the application of monetary restatement or interest between the date of declaration and the date of the effective payment.

The shareholders holding shares on May 4, 2022 will be entitled to dividends and as of May 5, 2022 the shares will be traded “ex-dividend” on B3 S/A – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3).

For shareholders with shares held in custody at Banco Bradesco S/A, institution responsible for the bookkeeping of the Company's shares, the amounts will be paid by crediting in the current account, according to the respective shareholders' data, existing in Banco Bradesco registers.

The payments related to the shares deposited in the custody of B3 will be credited to that entity and the Custodian institutions will be responsible for passing them on to the respective shareholders.
