AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS
PAGAMENTO DE DIVIDENDOS

Comunicamos aos senhores acionistas que o Conselho de Administração da Cia. Hering (“Companhia”), em reunião realizada em 28/03/2018, aprovou, ad referendum da Assembleia Geral Ordinária que aprovar as contas do exercício social a encerrar-se em 31/12/2018, a distribuição de dividendos a serem pagos aos acionistas com base no lucro a ser auferido no exercício social corrente, no valor total de R$ 29.989.625,38 (vinte e nove milhões, novecentos e oitenta e nove mil, seiscentos e vinte e cinco reais e trinta e oito centavos), equivalente ao valor de R$ 0,1853 por ação. O pagamento dos dividendos será realizado aos acionistas na data de 15 de maio de 2018, utilizando como base de cálculo a posição acionária de 09/04/2018. As ações da Companhia serão negociadas na condição “ex” dividendos, a partir de 10/04/2018.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
DIVIDEND PAYMENT

The Company informs to its shareholders that the Board of Directors of Cia. Hering (“Company”), at a meeting held on March 28, 2018, approved, ad referendum to the Company’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting that approves the accounts for the fiscal year to be ended December 31, 2018, the distribution of dividends to be paid to the shareholders based on the income to be earned in the current fiscal year, totaling R$ 29,989,625.38 (twenty-nine million, nine hundred and eighty-nine thousand, six hundred and twenty-five reais and thirty-eight centavos), equivalent to the amount of R$ 0.1853 per share. The dividend payment will be made to the shareholders on May 15, 2018, using the shareholding position of April 9, 2018 as the calculation basis. The Company's shares will be traded “ex-dividends” as of April 10, 2018.
