Aviso aos Acionistas

Comunicamos aos Senhores Acionistas que conforme já divulgado em 30 de abril de 2024, o quórum presente na Assembleia Geral Ordinária deliberou o pagamento dos dividendos relativos ao exercício findo em 31/12/2023, no valor de R$ 5.578.860,46 (cinco milhões, quinhentos e setenta e oito mil, oitocentos e sessenta reais e quarenta e seis centavos), correspondente a R$ 0,040636254 por ação ordinária. As ações passaram a ser negociadas ex-dividendos a partir de 2 de maio de 2024, inclusive, e o crédito em conta corrente será feito pelo BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros, no dia 27 de junho de 2024, considerando a base acionária de 30 de abril de 2024 como data de corte.

Notice to Shareholders

We inform the Shareholders that as already disclosed on April 30^th, 2024, the quorum presents at the Ordinary General Meeting deliberated about the payment of the dividends referring to the results ended on December 31^st 2023, amounting on R$ 5,578,860.46 (five million, five hundred and seventy-eight thousand, eight hundred and sixty reais and forty-six cents), corresponding to R$ 0.040636254 per common share. The shares will be traded ex-dividends from May 2^nd, 2024, included, and the payment will be executed by BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros on June 27^th, 2024, considering the shareholding base of April 30^th, 2024.
