AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS

Comunicamos aos Senhores Acionistas e ao mercado em geral, que, conforme aprovado na Assembleia Geral Ordinária da ENGIE Brasil Energia S.A. realizada em 11 de abril de 2018, serão pagos dividendos complementares no valor de R$ 636.756.310,38 (seiscentos e trinta e seis milhões, setecentos e cinquenta e seis mil, trezentos e dez reais e trinta e oito centavos), correspondentes a R$ 0,9755096548 por ação, proventos adicionais aos dividendos intercalares e juros sobre o capital próprio referentes ao exercício de 2017.

As ações da Companhia serão negociadas ex-dividendo a partir de 24 de abril de 2018.

Os dividendos serão pagos em 28 de junho de 2018, com base nos dados cadastrais existentes no Itaú Unibanco Banco Múltiplo S.A.

Assim, o total de proventos do exercício de 2017 atingiu R$ 2.000.174.138,09, equivalente a R$ 3,0642635985 por ação, correspondendo a 100% do lucro líquido distribuível ajustado.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

We hereby notify Shareholders and the market at large that, as approved by the General Shareholders Meeting of ENGIE Brasil Energia S.A. on April 11, 2018, complementary dividends will be paid in the amount of R$ 636,756,310.38 (six hundred and thirty-six million, seven hundred and fifty-six thousand, three hundred and ten reais and thirty-eight cents) corresponding to R$ 0.9755096548 per share, on top of the interim dividends and interest on shareholders’ equity of fiscal year 2017.

Shares will be negotiated ex-dividend as from April 24, 2018.

The dividends shall be paid based on the records currently on file at Itaú Unibanco Banco Múltiplo S.A., on June 28, 2018.

Being that, the total distributed profits for fiscal year 2017 was R$ 2,000,174,138.09, equivalent to R$ 3.0642635985 per share, corresponding to a 100% payout of the distributable net adjusted income.
