AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS

O BANESTES S.A. -BANCO DO ESTADO DO ESPÍRITO SANTO (“Banestes” ou “Companhia”) informa aos seus acionistas que, em conformidade com a Política de Pagamento de Dividendos e/ou Juros sobre o Capital Próprio do Banestes, foi aprovado, em Reunião do Conselho de Administração nesta data, o pagamento de Juros sobre o Capital Próprio Intermediários (JSCP) referente ao primeiro semestre de 2018, no valor bruto de R$ 4.245.429,98, com valor bruto por ação (ON e PN) R$ 0,01343861082, totalizando, no semestre, a quantia de R$ 30.045.429,98 com retenção de imposto de renda na fonte de 15%, excetuados dessa retenção os acionistas pessoas jurídicas comprovadamente imunes ou isentos.

O pagamento do JSCP Intermediários será realizado no dia 03.08.2018 e serão beneficiados os acionistas, ordinaristas e preferencialistas, que estiverem inscritos nos registros da Companhia no dia 18.07.2018, passando a ações a serem negociadas “ex-direito” aos juros intermediários a partir do dia 19.07.2018.

Cabe esclarecer que, em consonância com o Art. 187 da Lei 6.404/1976, o JSCP não reclamados prescrevem em três anos, contados da data em que tenham sido colocados à disposição

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

BANESTES S.A. -BANCO DO ESTADO DO ESPÍRITO SANTO (“Banestes” or “Company”) hereby informs the shareholders that the payment of interim interest on own capital referring to the first half of 2018 was approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held at present-day, in compliance with the Banestes Dividend Payment Policy and / or Interest on Shareholder´s Equity, in the total gross amount of BRL 4,245,429.98, distributed as follows: BRL 0.01343861082 per common and preferred share, totalizing in this semester the net amount of BRL 30,045,429.98, with withholding income tax at 15%, except for legal entity shareholders proven to be immune or exempt.

The payment of interim interest on own capital will take place on August 3, 2018, and will benefit both common and preferred shareholders, who are registered in our records as of July 18, 2018. The Company's shares will be traded "ex-right" on interim Interest on Equity as of July 19, 2018.

Pursuant to the pertinent legislation, Law No. 6404, article 287, unclaimed IOC expires in three years from the date they were made available to the shareholder.
