AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS

Juros sobre Capital Próprio (JCP)

A WEG S.A. (B3: WEGE3 / OTC: WEGZY) comunica aos seus acionistas e mercado em geral que, em reunião realizada hoje, aprovou a distribuição de juros sobre capital próprio (JCP) no valor total de R$ 438.146.335,04, correspondente a R$ 0,104424242 por ação, aos titulares de ações escriturais em 19 de junho de 2026, “ad referendum” da Assembleia Geral. De 22 de junho de 2026 em diante, as ações serão negociadas “ex-juros sobre capital próprio”.

O pagamento de JCP está previsto para ocorrer em 10 de março de 2027 e será feito pelo valor líquido de R$ 0,086150000 por ação, já deduzido o imposto de renda na fonte de 17,5%, exceto para os acionistas que comprovarem até 19 de junho de 2026, junto ao Banco Bradesco S.A., instituição financeira escrituraria das ações da WEG S.A., sua condição de imunes ou de desobrigadas da retenção por disposição legal. O valor pago como JCP será imputado aos dividendos obrigatórios conforme determina o artigo 39 do estatuto social da WEG.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Interest on Stockholders Equity (JCP)

WEG S.A. (B3: WEGE3 / OTC: WEGZY) announces to its shareholders and the general market that, at the meeting held today it approved the distribution of interest on stockholders’ equity (“JCP”) of R$ 438,146,335.04, corresponding to R$ 0.104424242 per share, to the shareholders of record on June 19, 2026, “ad referendum” of the general shareholder’s meeting. From June 22, 2026 onwards, the shares will trade as “ex-payment of interest on stockholders’ equity”.

The JCP payment is scheduled to occur on March 10, 2027 and will be made to the net amount of R$ 0,086150000 per share, after the 17.5% withholding of income tax, except for those shareholders that inform before June 19, 2026 to the depository financial institution Banco Bradesco S.A., their exemption from the previously mentioned taxation by legal provision. The amount paid as JCP will be allotted to the obligatory dividends, as determined by article 39 of WEG’s by-laws.
