AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS

LOG COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES E PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. (“Companhia”), vem pelo presente informar que os acionistas reunidos em Assembleia Geral Ordinária aprovaram, na presente data, o pagamento de dividendos no montante de R$ 21.422.877,95 (vinte e um milhões, quatrocentos e vinte e dois mil, oitocentos e setenta e sete reais e noventa e cinco centavos), sendo R$0,2116487 por ação ordinária. O pagamento do referido montante será efetuado no dia 29 de maio de 2020 aos acionistas titulares de ações de emissão da Companhia na data base de 19 de maio de 2020. Dessa forma, as ações de emissão da Companhia passarão a ser negociadas “ex- dividendos” a partir do dia 20 de maio de 2020. O valor do dividendo aprovado não estará sujeito à atualização monetária ou qualquer remuneração entre a presente data e a data de seu efetivo pagamento.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

LOG COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES E PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. (“Company”), hereby informs that its shareholders approved at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting, which was held on the present date, the payment of dividends in the amount of R$ 21,422,877.95 (twenty-one million, four hundred and twenty-two thousand, eight hundred and seventy-seven reais and ninety-five cents), being R$0.2116487 per common share. The payment of said amount will be made on May 29, 2020 to the shareholders holding shares issued by the Company on the base date of May 19, 2020. Accordingly, the shares issued by the Company will be traded "ex-dividends" as of May 20, 2020.The proposed dividend amount will not be subject to monetary adjustment or any remuneration between this date and the date of its actual payment.
