REMUNERAÇÃO AOS ACIONISTAS

A Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais – COPASA MG informa aos seus acionistas que o Conselho de Administração, em reunião realizada em 14.06.2019, aprovou a declaração dos Juros sobre o Capital Próprio (JCP) referente ao 2º Trimestre de 2019 (2T19), cujos detalhes estão descritos a seguir:

1.Valor bruto: R$20.963.137,08 (vinte milhões, novecentos e sessenta e três mil, cento e trinta e sete reais e oito centavos).

2.Valor bruto por ação: R$0,1658557257 (zero vírgula um seis cinco oito cinco cinco sete dois cinco sete) centavos por ação. Será deduzido o Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte (IRRF), conforme legislação em vigor, devendo ser pagos aos acionistas os valores líquidos de impostos, exceto para os acionistas comprovadamente imunes, isentos ou dispensados de retenção.

3.Data de Crédito (Data de Corte): 21.06.2019.

4.Data “Ex-JCP”: 24.06.2019.

5.Data de Pagamento: em até 60 (sessenta) dias a contar da data de aprovação (14.06.2019).

6.Referência: 2T19, e será considerado como valor do dividendo obrigatório do exercício de 2019.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

SHAREHOLDERS´ REMUNERATION

Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais – COPASA MG hereby announces to its shareholders that the Board of Directors, in meeting held on 14^th June 2019, approved the declaration of Interest on Equity (IOE) referring to the Second Quarter of 2019 (2Q19), the details are described below:

1.Gross amount: BRL 20,963,137.08 (twenty million, nine hundred and sixty-three thousand, one hundred and thirty-seven reais and eight centavos).

2.Gross amount per share: BRL 0.1658557257 (zero comma one six five eight five five seven two five seven) per share. The Withholding Income Tax will be deducted from the amounts above, pursuant to the applicable legislation, which will be paid net of said tax, except for those shareholders who are provenly immune or exempt from it.

3.Credit Date (Cutting Date): 21^st June 2019.

4.Ex-IOE: 24^th June 2019.

5.Payment date: in up to 60 days from the date of approval (14^th June 2019).

6.Reference: 2Q19, and will be considered as the mandatory dividend amount for the year 2019.
