Aviso aos Acionistas

Comunicamos aos Senhores Acionistas que a Assembleia Geral Ordinária realizada em 30 de abril de 2026, deliberou o pagamento dos dividendos relativos ao exercício findo em 31/12/2025, no valor de R$ 10.496.512,18 (dez milhões, quatrocentos e noventa e seis mil, quinhentos e doze reais e dezoito centavos), correspondente a R$ 0,0764562833 por ação ordinária, referente aos dividendos mínimos obrigatórios. As ações passam a ser negociadas ex-dividendos a partir de 4 de maio de 2026, inclusive, e o crédito em conta corrente será feito pelo BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros, na data a ser determinada pela Diretoria da Companhia, considerando a base acionária de 30 de abril de 2026 como data de corte.

Notice to Shareholders

We inform the Shareholders that the Ordinary General Meeting held on April 30^th, 2026, deliberated about the payment of the dividends referring to the results ended on December 31^st 2025, amounting on R$ 10,496,512.18 (ten million, four hundred and ninety six thousand, five hundred and twelve reais and eighteen cents), corresponding to R$ 0.0764562833 per common share, regarding the mandatory minimum dividends. The shares will be traded ex-dividends from May 4^th, 2026, included, and the credit of the dividend will be made by BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros on a date to be determined by the Administration of the Company, considering the shareholding base of April 30^th, 2026.
