AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS

A IOCHPE-MAXION S.A. (“Companhia” ) comunica aos senhores acionistas e ao mercado que, em reunião realizada nesta data, o Conselho de Administração deliberou declarar juros sobre capital próprio (“JCP”).

O valor do JCP a ser distribuído é de R$ 153.215.915,93 (cento e cinquenta e três milhões, duzentos e quinze mil, novecentos e quinze reais e noventa e três centavos), correspondente ao valor bruto de R$ 1,0055532 por ação, os quais estarão sujeitos à retenção do imposto de renda na fonte, quando aplicável, nos termos da legislação vigente.

A data de corte que identificará os acionistas que farão jus ao recebimento dos juros sobre ocapital próprio será 27 de dezembro de 2021, assim as ações de emissão da Companhiaserão negociadas na condição de “ex” provento a partir de 28 de dezembro de 2021,inclusive.

A apropriação contábil dos referidos juros sobre o capital próprio dar-se-á na presente data e o respectivo pagamento será realizado até 31 de março de 2022, preferencialmente na mesma data de pagamento do dividendo obrigatório referente ao exercício social de 2021, sendo que o valor dos referidos juros não sofrerá atualização monetária alguma.

ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS

IOCHPE-MAXION S.A. ( "Company" ) informs the shareholders and the market that, at a meeting held on this date, the Board of Directors resolved to declare interest on equity ( "JCP" ).

The amount of JCP to be distributed is R$ 153,215,915.93 (one hundred fifty-three million, two hundred fifteen thousand, nine hundred fifteen reais and ninety-three cents), corresponding to the gross amount of R$ 1.0055532 per share, which will be subject to withholding of income tax at source, when applicable, in accordance with the current legislation.

The cut-off date that will identify the shareholders who will be entitled to receive interest on equity will be December 27, 2021, so shares issued by the Company will be traded as "ex" as of December 28, 2021 , including.

The accounting appropriation of said interest on equity will occur on this date and the respective payment will be made until March 31^st, 2022, preferably on the same date of payment of the mandatory dividend related to the fiscal year of 2021, value of said interest shall not be monetarily restated.
