Distribuição de Dividendos
A LOG COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES E PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. informa aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que o seu Conselho de Administração aprovou, nesta data, o pagamento de R$ 13.939.391,76 (treze milhões, novecentos e trinta e nove mil, trezentos e noventa e um reais e setenta e seis centavos), a título de dividendos intermediários com base no saldo de reserva de lucros apurado no balanço referente ao segundo trimestre do exercício social de 2026.
O pagamento dos dividendos observará as seguintes condições:

O valor total do pagamento será de R$ 13.939.391,76 (treze milhões, novecentos e trinta e nove mil, trezentos e noventa e um reais e setenta e seis centavos), correspondente ao valor total de R$ 0,15943630653 por ação ordinária.

Os dividendos serão pagos com base na posição acionária de 18 de agosto de 2026.
●
As ações serão negociadas na condição “ex” proventos a partir do dia 19 de agosto de 2026.
●
O pagamento de dividendos será realizado em 01 de outubro de 2026.
●
Aos acionistas com ações depositadas na B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa Balcão (“B3”), os pagamentos serão creditados por intermédio das instituições e/ou corretoras que mantêm suas posições em custódia.
●
Aos acionistas com ações depositadas junto ao escriturador BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM, e que possuem cadastro de dados atualizado, os pagamentos serão realizados mediante crédito automático. Os acionistas que não possuírem os dados atualizados, deverão entrar em contato diretamente com o escriturador pelo e-mail: escrituracao.acao@btgpactual.com.

LOG COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES E PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. informs its shareholders and the market in general that its Board of Directors has approved, on this date, the payment of R$ 13,939,391.76 (thirteen million, nine hundred and thirty-nine thousand, three hundred and ninety-one reais and seventy-six centavos), as interim dividends based on the retained earnings reserve balance recorded in the balance sheet for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2026.
The dividend payment will observe the following conditions:

The total payment amount will be R$ 13,939,391.76 (thirteen million, nine hundred and thirty-nine thousand, three hundred and ninety-one reais and seventy-six centavos), corresponding to a total amount of R$ 0.15943630653 per common share.

Dividends will be paid based on the shareholder position as of August 18th, 2026.
●
Shares will be traded “ex-dividend” as of August 19th, 2026.
●
Dividend payment will be made on October 1st, 2026.
●
For shareholders with shares deposited with B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa Balcão (“B3”), payments will be credited through the institutions and/or brokerage firms where their positions are held in custody.

For shareholders with shares held through the transfer agent BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM, and whose registration details are up to date, payments will be made via automatic credit. Shareholders without updated information should contact the transfer agent directly via email at: escrituracao.acao@btgpactual.com.
