AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS

Rio de Janeiro, 02 de maio de 2022 -BR MALLS PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A., companhia aberta com endereço na Avenida Afrânio de Melo Franco n° 290, 1° andar, na Cidade e Estado do Rio de Janeiro, inscrita no CNPJ sob o n° 06.977.745/0001-91 ("brMaIIs” ou ”Companhia"), informa aos seus acionistas que, conforme aprovado em Assembleia Geral Ordinária realizada em 29 de abril de 2022, que distribuirá aos seus acionistas, em 31 de maio de 2022, em parcela única, os dividendos no valor R$ 44.404.149,21 (quarenta e quatro milhões, quatrocentos e quatro mil, cento e quarenta e nove reais e vinte e um centavos), correspondente a R$ 0,05361046637835 por ação desconsiderando as ações em tesouraria, com base no lucro líquido apurado no exercício social encerrado em 31 de dezembro de 2021.

Fazem jus aos dividendos os acionistas detentores de ações da Companhia no dia 29 de abril de 2022, sendo as ações negociadas ex-dividendos a partir de 2 de maio de 2022.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Rio de Janeiro, May 2^nd, 2022 -BR MALLS PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A., a publicly-held company with address at Avenida Afrânio de Melo Franco n° 290, 1° andar, in the City and State of Rio de Janeiro, registered with the CNPJ under n° 06.977.745/0001-91 (“brMaIIs” or “Company”), informs its shareholders that, as approved at the Annual General Meeting held on April 29, 2022, will distribute to its shareholders, on May 31, 2022, in a single installment, dividends to the Company's shareholders in the amount of BRL 44,404,149.21 (forty-five four million, four hundred and four thousand, one hundred and forty-nine reais and twenty-one cents), corresponding to R$ 0.05361046637835 per share, excluding treasury shares, based on the net income for the fiscal year ended on December 31 of 2021.

The holders of the shares issued by the Company on April 29, 2022 are entitled to dividends, and the shares will be traded ex-dividend as of May 2, 2022.
