Juros sobre Capital Próprio do 2T26

São Paulo, 29 de junho de 2026. A CSU Digital S.A. (B3: CSUD3) (“Companhia”), líder no mercado brasileiro de tecnologia em soluções para pagamentos digitais, embedded finance, programas de fidelização & incentivo e digital experience, comunica que, nesta data, o Conselho de Administração aprovou o pagamento de proventos aos acionistas no montante bruto de R$ 7,1 milhões em juros sobre capital próprio (“JCP”) relativos ao 2º trimestre de 2026 (“2T26”), detalhados abaixo. Tais valores serão imputados ao dividendo estatutário obrigatório do exercício de 2026, “ad referendum” da Assembleia Geral Ordinária de 2027.

Os pagamentos serão realizados conforme informações fornecidas à BTG PACTUAL SERVIÇOS FINANCEIROS S.A. DTVM (“Escriturador”), instituição depositária das ações da Companhia, exceto aos acionistas cujo cadastro não contenha CPF/CNPJ ou indicação de Banco/Agência/Conta, que somente terão seus créditos disponíveis a partir da conclusão da atualização cadastral junto ao Escriturador. NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Interest on Capital of 2Q26

São Paulo, June 29, 2026. CSU Digital S.A. (CSUD3:B3) (“Company”), the leader in the Brazilian technology market in solutions for digital payments, embedded finance, loyalty & incentive programs and digital experience, announces that, today, the Board of Directors' has approved the distribution of earnings to shareholders totaling the gross amount of R$ 7.1 million in interest on capital (“IOC”) related to the 2^nd quarter of 2026 (“2Q26”), as detailed below. These values will be imputed to the mandatory statutory dividend related to 2026 fiscal year, “ad referendum” of the 2027 Annual General Meeting.

The payments will be made according to the information provided to BTG PACTUAL SERVIÇOS FINANCEIROS S.A. DTVM ("Bookkeeper"), the custodian of the Company's shares, except for shareholders whose registration does not include the “CPF/CNPJ” or the indication of the bank/agency/account, who will not have their credits available until the updating of the registration with the Bookkeeper has been completed.
