AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS
PAGAMENTO DE DIVIDENDOS

Comunicamos aos Senhores Acionistas que a Assembléia Geral Ordinária e Extraordinária realizada em 29 de abril de 2022, deliberou o pagamento dos dividendos relativos ao exercício findo em 31/12/2021, no valor de R$ 10.399.065,35 (dez milhões, trezentos e noventa e nove mil, sessenta e cinco reais e trinta e cinco centavos), correspondente a R$ 0,0755757 por ação ordinária. As ações passaram a ser negociadas ex-dividendos a partir de 30 de abril de 2022 e o crédito em conta corrente do dividendo será feito pelo Banco Bradesco S/A no dia 27 de junho de 2022, considerando a base acionária de 29 de abril de 2022.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS

We inform the Shareholders that the Ordinary and Special General Meeting held on April 29, 2022, deliberated about the payment of the dividends referring to the results ended on 12/31/2022, amounting on R$ 10,399,065.35 (ten million, three hundred and ninety nine thousand, sixty five reais and thirty five cents), corresponding to R$ 0.0755757 per common share. The shares will be traded ex-dividends from April 30, 2022 and the credit of the dividend in current account will be made by Banco Bradesco S/A on June 27, 2022, considering the shareholding base of April 29, 2022.
