Pagamento de Dividendos

A Iguatemi S.A. (“Iguatemi” ou “Companhia”) [B3: IGTI11], comunica aos Senhores Acionistas, ao mercado em geral e aos demais interessados que, em Reunião do Conselho de Administração realizada em 22 de dezembro de 2025, o Conselho de Administração aprovou, nos termos do Parágrafo 1º do Art. 44 do Estatuto Social, a título de antecipação, dividendos no montante total de R$ 200.000.000,00, referentes ao período compreendido entre 1º de janeiro de 2025 e 30 de setembro de 2025, com base no Balanço Patrimonial e demais Demonstrações Financeiras levantadas em 30 de setembro de 2025.

O pagamento de cada parcela, de acordo com o valor por ação ordinária, preferencial ou Unit indicados na tabela abaixo, será efetuado nas datas estabelecidas aos acionistas inscritos nos registros da Companhia nas respectivas datas de corte abaixo indicadas. As ações da Companhia serão negociadas “ex-Dividendos” após as datas de corte indicadas, inclusive.

Os valores por ação ordinária, preferencial e Unit acima indicados foram calculados de acordo com a atual quantidade de ações em tesouraria, devendo os valores serem atualizados em caso de recompra de ações.

Dividend Payment

Iguatemi S.A. ("Iguatemi" or "Company") [B3: IGTI11], hereby informs the Shareholders, the market in general and other interested parties that, at the Board of Directors' Meeting held on December 22, 2025, the Board of Directors approved, pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 44 of the Bylaws, as an anticipation, dividends in the total amount of R$ 200,000,000.00, for the period between January 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025, based on the Balance Sheet and other Financial Statements as of September 30, 2025.

The payment of each installment, according to the amount per common share, preferred share or Unit indicated in the table below, will be made on the dates established to the shareholders registered in the Company's records on the respective cut-off dates indicated below. The Company's shares will be traded "ex-Dividends" after the cut-off dates indicated, including.

The values per common share, preferred share and Unit indicated above were calculated according to the current number of treasury shares, and the values should be updated in case of share buybacks.
