AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS
DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE DIVIDENDOS

A BRISANET PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. ( “Companhia” ou “Brisanet”, B3: BRIT3 ), em cumprimento às normas vigentes, informa a seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral acerca dos dividendos declarados em assembleia geral ordinária e extraordinária realizada em 25 de abril de 2024, conforme informações abaixo:

1.Valor: R$ 38.867.659,83 (trinta e oito milhões e oitocentos e sessenta e sete mil e seiscentos e cinquenta e nove reais e oitenta e três centavos), correspondentes a R$ 0,087197091 por ação ordinária de emissão da Companhia (desconsiderando-se, para fins de cálculo, ações mantidas em tesouraria).

2. Data Base: Farão jus aos dividendos todos os acionistas detentores de ações ordinárias de emissão da Companhia ao final do pregão na data base de 25 de abril de 2024.

3. Ex-dividendos: As negociações de ações da Companhia, a partir de 26 de abril de 2024, inclusive, serão realizadas na condição “ex-dividendos”.

4. Pagamento: Os dividendos serão pagos em 22 de maio de 2024, sem que seja devida qualquer atualização monetária ou remuneração correspondente entre a data deste aviso e o efetivo pagamento, de acordo com a respectiva conta corrente e domicílio bancário do acionista fornecidos à Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A. (“Itaú”).

5. Informações Adicionais: Os acionistas que já indicaram a conta bancária terão seus créditos disponíveis na conta corrente informada. Os acionistas que ainda não fizeram essa indicação receberão do Itaú aviso contendo as informações sobre o pagamento dos dividendos, sendo que tal aviso deverá ser apresentado em uma de suas agências com instruções para processamento do respectivo crédito. Os acionistas usuários da custódia fiduciária terão seus créditos disponíveis conforme procedimentos adotados pela B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS

BRISANET PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. ( “Company” or “Brisanet”, B3: BRIT3 ), in compliance with current regulations, informs its shareholders and the market in general about the dividends declared at the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting held on April 25, 2024, as per the information below:

1. Amount: BRL 38,867,659.83 (thirty-eight million, eight hundred and sixty-seven thousand, six hundred and fifty-nine reais and eighty-three cents), corresponding to BRL $0.087197091 per common share issued by the Company (ignoring if, for calculation purposes, shares held in treasury).

2. Base Date: All shareholders holding common shares issued by the Company at the end of trading on the base date of April 25, 2024, will be entitled to the dividends.

3. Ex-dividends: Negotiations of the Company's shares, as of April 26, 2024, will be carried out under the “ex-dividends” condition.

4. Payment: Dividends will be paid on May 22, 2024, without any monetary adjustment or corresponding remuneration being due between the date of this notice and the actual payment, in accordance with the respective current account and bank address of the shareholder provided to Itaú Corretora de Valores S.A. (“Itaú”).

5. Additional Information: Shareholders who have already indicated their bank account will have their credits available in the current account provided. Shareholders who have not yet made this indication will receive a notice from Itaú containing information on the payment of dividends, and such notice must be presented at one of its branches with instructions for processing the respective credit. Shareholders using fiduciary custody will have their credits available in accordance with procedures adopted by B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão.
