PAGAMENTO DE DIVIDENDOS

A CYRELA COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES S.A. EMPREENDIMENTOS E PARTICIPAÇÕES (“Companhia”), comunica aos seus acionistas que os dividendos declarados pela Assembleia Geral Ordinária, realizada nesta data, no valor de R$0,0471936449786769 por ação ordinária, serão pagos em moeda corrente nacional, em uma única parcela, no dia 26 de maio de 2020, aos titulares de ações ordinárias de emissão da Companhia em 30 de abril de 2020, observados os procedimentos adotados pelo Banco Bradesco S.A., instituição responsável pela escrituração das ações da Companhia, pela Companhia Brasileira de Liquidação e Custódia –CBLC e pelo The Bank of NewYork Mellon, no caso dos titulares de American Depositary Receipts –ADR ´s representativos de ações da Companhia. As ações da Companhia serão negociadas “ex-dividendos” partir do dia útil imediatamente posterior à realização da Assembleia (30/04/2020), inclusive.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS

CYRELA COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES S.A. EMPREENDIMENTOS E PARTICIPAÇÕES (“Company”) hereby informs its Shareholders that the dividends declared by the Annual General Meeting, held on this date, in the amount of R$0.0471936449786769 per share, shall be paid in Brazilian national currency, in a single installment, on May 26, 2020 to the holders of shares issued by the Company on April 30, 2020, observing the procedures adopted by Banco Bradesco S.A., -the institution responsible for the bookkeeping of the Company's shares -Companhia Brasileira de Liquidação e Custódia – CBLC and The Bank of New York Mellon -in the case of holders of American Depositary Receipts -ADR ´s representing shares of Company. The Company's shares will be negotiated ex-dividend from the immediately business day after the Annual General Meeting held on April 30, 2020 (including).
