AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS
PAGAMENTO DE DIVIDENDOS

São Paulo, 03 de maio de 2018 - A ANIMA HOLDING S.A., companhia aberta de capital autorizado, comunica aos Senhores Acionistas que foi aprovada, em Assembleia Geral Ordinária e Extraordinária realizada em 25 de abril de 2018, a distribuição de dividendos relativos ao exercício social de 2017, no valor total de R$ 20.226.269,20 (vinte milhões, duzentos e vinte e seis mil, duzentos e sessenta e nove reais e vinte centavos), correspondentes a R$ 0,2536 por ação. O pagamento dos dividendos será realizado em 07 de maio de 2018, sem retenção de imposto de renda na fonte e sem correção monetária. De acordo com a legislação vigente, farão jus aos dividendos os acionistas da Companhia titulares de ações em 25 de abril de 2018, data da declaração dos dividendos pela Assembleia. Desse modo, a partir de 26 de abril de 2018 (inclusive), as ações da Companhia passaram a ser negociadas “Ex-Dividendos”.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS

São Paulo, May 03, 2018 – ANIMA HOLDING S.A., a publicly-held company, hereby informs its shareholders that the distribution of dividends related to the 2017 fiscal year, totaling twenty million, two hundred twenty-six thousand and two hundred and sixty-nine Reais and twenty cents (R$20,226,269.20), corresponding to R$ 0,2536 per share, was approved in Company’s Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 25, 2018. Payment of the aforementioned dividends will be made on May, 7th, 2018, with no withholding income tax retention or monetary adjustment. In accordance with the applicable legislation, the shareholders entitled to the dividends will be those of record on April 25, 2018, when the dividends were declared. As a result, as of April 26, 2018 (inclusive), Company's shares will be traded “Ex-Dividends”.
