PAGAMENTO DE DIVIDENDOS

A CYRELA COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES S.A. EMPREENDIMENTOS E PARTICIPAÇÕES (“Companhia”), comunica aos acionistas que, nesta data, realizou-se a Reunião do Conselho de Administração (“RCA”) da Companhia, por meio da qual foi aprovada, "ad referendum" da assembleia geral ordinária que apreciar sobre as demonstrações financeiras do exercício social em curso, o pagamento de dividendos intermediários, no valor total de R$ 120.000.000,00 (cento e vinte milhões de reais), equivalente a R$ 1,002811114 por ação.

Os dividendos serão imputados ao dividendo obrigatório relativo ao exercício de 2018 e estarão disponíveis aos acionistas da Companhia em 07 de novembro de 2018, sendo as ações negociadas na condição ex-direito a dividendos a partir de 25 de outubro de 2018, inclusive.

A ata da RCA está disponível para consulta na categoria “Reunião da Administração” no IPE da Companhia no site da CVM.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS

CYRELA COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES S.A. EMPREENDIMENTOS E PARTICIPAÇÕES (“Company”), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in the Meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors held on October 22^th, it was approved the payment of interim dividends, in the total amount of R$ 120,000,000.00 (one hundred and twenty million Brazilian reais), equivalent to the amount of R$ 1.002811114 per share.

The total amount that shall be paid as Dividends shall be considered as part of the minimum mandatory dividends pertaining to the fiscal year that will end on December 31st, 2018. The payment will be made as of November 7, 2018, and the Company's shares will be traded ex-rights as of October 25, 2018, inclusive.
