AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS
PAGAMENTO DE DIVIDENDOS

A Estácio Participações S.A. (“Companhia”) comunica aos Senhores Acionistas que foi aprovada, em Assembleia Geral Ordinária realizada em 26 de abril de 2019, a distribuição de dividendos relativos ao exercício social de 2018, no valor total de R$153.157.405,74 (cento e cinquenta e três milhões, cento e cinquenta e sete mil, quatrocentos e cinco reais e setenta e quatro centavos), correspondentes a R$0,510182642 por ação.

O pagamento dos dividendos será realizado à vista em 13 de junho de 2019, sem correção monetária. De acordo com a legislação vigente, farão jus aos dividendos os acionistas da Companhia titulares de ações em 26 de abril de 2019, data da declaração dos dividendos pela Assembleia. Desse modo, a partir de 29 de abril de 2019 (inclusive), as ações da Companhia passarão a ser negociadas “ex-dividendos”.

NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS

Estácio Participações S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces to its Shareholders that the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, held on April 26^th, 2019, approved the distribution of dividends related to the fiscal year of 2018, totaling one hundred fifty-three million, one hundred fifty-seven thousand, four hundred and five reais and seventy-four cents (R$153,157,405.74), corresponding to R$0.510182642 per share.

The payment of the dividends will be made in cash on June 13^th, 2019, without price-level restatement. In accordance with the current law, the shareholders who own the Company’s shares on April 26^th, 2019 - date on which the dividends were declared by the Shareholders’ Meeting - will be entitled to the payment. Thus, from April 29^th, 2019 (including this date), the Company’s shares will be traded “ex-dividends”.
